Who this is

This website belongs to Le 2 Sicilie, Lounge Bar & Bistro, 33 Dawret il-Gżejjer, Bugibba, San Pawl il-Baħar SPB 4000, Malta. For anything privacy-related, contact Giuseppe on +356 9997 3187 or WhatsApp.

Le 2 Sicilie is the controller of any personal data this site touches. Pulsify built and maintains the website but does not hold or see any of it.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. There is no login, no account, no payment on this site, and no database behind it. The site does not set cookies and does not use localStorage.

The booking form

The "Book a table" form on the homepage does not submit anywhere or get stored by us. It composes a WhatsApp message from what you type and opens WhatsApp for you to send it yourself. Once sent, that message is an ordinary WhatsApp conversation, held on your device and Giuseppe's, and governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy — Meta, not Le 2 Sicilie or Pulsify, operates WhatsApp.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to see roughly how many people visit and which pages they read. It is aggregated, does not use cookies, does not build a profile of you, and cannot identify you personally. We may also record, in the same anonymous way, that a "call" or "WhatsApp" button was tapped somewhere on the page — never which visitor tapped it.

The map

The map on the Find Us section only loads when you tap "Show map". Before that, nothing is requested from Google. Once you tap it, Google Maps loads in the usual way and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete any personal data held about you, and you can object to how it's used. Since this site holds none itself, this mainly concerns messages you've sent Giuseppe directly — ask him. If you're not satisfied with the answer, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).

Changes

If this site ever adds bookings, accounts or anything that stores personal data, this page will be rewritten to say exactly what's kept and for how long, before that feature goes live.
